Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you play our game and utilize our online features, multiplayer services, and community user-generated content platform.
1. Online Multiplayer & Infrastructure (Epic Online Services)
Our game utilizes Epic Online Services (EOS), a platform provided by Epic Games, Inc., to facilitate cross-platform multiplayer features, matchmaking, and online gameplay functionality.
- Epic Account Services: When you initialize online matchmaking or join a multiplayer session, EOS may process certain information, such as your Epic Product User ID, display name, and authentication tokens.
- Data Handling: We do not store your Epic account credentials on our servers. The processing of this data is subject to the Epic Games Privacy Policy.
2. User-Generated Content & Custom Maps (mod.io)
Our game integrates mod.io, a platform provided by mod.io Pty Ltd, to deliver, install, and manage cross-platform user-generated content (UGC) and custom multiplayer maps.
- Authentication & Safety: When you access the mod browser, mod.io processes your Meta Horizon User ID and display name via platform Single Sign-On (SSO). It also cross-references your age group and platform blocked users list to filter age-appropriate content and enforce your social moderation preferences.
- Data Handling: We do not store your mod.io account data on our servers. The processing of this data is subject to the mod.io Privacy Policy.
3. PC Platform Authentication & DRM (Steam)
For players on PC, our game utilizes Steam, a platform provided by Valve Corporation, to facilitate our store page, platform authentication, and DRM functionality.
- Steam Platform Services: When you authenticate your game license and play the game on PC, Steam may collect certain data regarding your hardware profile and gameplay statistics.
- Data Handling: We do not store your Steam analytics on our servers. The processing of this data is subject to the Steam Privacy Policy.
4. International Data Transfers
Because our multiplayer infrastructure and modding partners operate globally, the Meta Horizon platform tokens and device user data utilized by our game will be securely transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of your home region—primarily the United States (via Epic Games infrastructure) and Australia (via mod.io infrastructure).
5. Diagnostics and Automated Technical Data
Our game may automatically collect technical diagnostic data during runtime to help us identify software bugs, optimize performance, and maintain application stability.
- Crash Logs: If the game encounters a critical crash, a report may be generated containing non-identifiable technical details, including hardware configuration (CPU, GPU, RAM), operating system version, and the internal game state at the time of the error.
- Scope: This data is used strictly by our development team for optimization purposes and is never used for user tracking or behavioral profiling.
6. Data Retention and Your Rights
We do not maintain a custom player account registration system or store persistent user identifiers on our own proprietary servers. Any local diagnostic or crash data is retained only as long as necessary to debug software issues. You retain all statutory rights granted under your local jurisdiction (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding data access or deletion requests forwarded to our platform processors.
